I dont like the sound of the part in bold. I hope she fights for Rudr like the way she said in the boat scene - "you should fight for what is yours" - I loved that dialogue and thats how I see G as a fighter not a giving up kind of person. Furthermore she knows Pihu was selfish and did not care enough about Rudr and she should know that trying to unite them would only hurt Rudr more.

I think rudra will realise that he would like to have a life partner like gauri while helping her with the wedding preparations and fall for her on a different level to his feelings with phiu. 😳

No i would not like gauri to give up her place to reunite phiu with rudra as and when she returns even if she come across as a changed person
