Great posts. Seriously people, I have so lost interest in this show. It makes ZERO sense. I don't know what the characters are doing from one day to the next. It's like the writers are pulling ideas out of nowhere. I have no idea WHAT the intention of this show is now. Seriously, Pihu decides to marry whoever shows up on her marriage day? Did she even like Rudra? Does she even care WHO she has to sleep with for the rest of her life? I mean, whoever shows up, that's the guy you'll be sleeping with and if you really love someone, don't you want to be with him? Guess she NEVER loved Rudra in the first place or will she be picking daisies in her backyard, going "I love Rudra, I love Abay etc"
As for RR, why is she SO against this marriage? Did I miss something?
And Gauri, why is so worried about Rudra? What has he done for her lately? This friendship is becoming a bore and these two are lacking chemistry day-by-day.
As for Shanker? Why bring him in? He looks too ultra buff and not some geeky kid who is supposed to be really seeda saada.
Show has fallen flat on its face.

@Bold: well this is what i had mentioned in many of my previous post. thy said this show is about rudr & gauri, but it is really pathetic that thy never once tried to establish their character or relationship. iam not even talking about the rest of the lot, thy r just hanging in air. But seriously, R & G r the leads then how come such an lethargic attitude 2wards those characters.
as u said, what has rudhr done for gauri that she is running pillar to post to unite rudhr & pihu, in just two episodes thy showed rudhr & gauri , being complete strangers to best friends who could do anything for each other. surely we r watching this for entertainment but comeon we cant take such nonsense being dished out to us everyday.
Gauri is just mahaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaan, Y coz all the rest of the characters r just hopeless, senseless, foolish, greedy, irresponsible, childish, selfish & what not. 🥱 is this the way to tell a story. i feel even a 10yrs old can come up with a better screenplay.
it looks like some one who is just obsessed with gauri's character has made a show for her and agree with topic starter that thy r simply not interested in any other character of the show. wow, what an idea sirji
last night i got to see the wedding epi, omg MIK, what an actor yaar, not a word spoken, not a shrink in his forehead, just with those eyes, the way he looked at pihu, just melted me, my heart cried out for him. take bow MIK 👏 and ag at her best, the way she brought out the frustration of pihu, subtle yet so harsh, that can kill anyone. hats off to u ag.👏
honestly actors like MIK, AG, AI, SC, DQ and even Binny r the only saving grace of this show.
The writers r doing great injustice to these actors... dont know whether it is the shows good luck that it has such great talents or it is the bad luck of these actors that thy have got into such a show which is going no where and that too within two months of its launch..

I feel as frustrated as you do. Truly, a criminal waste of such great talent, Specially Iqbal.

I feel sad that he gave up his 2 year sabbatical for this.

I actually foresee the channel ditching this show pretty soon.

Once in a blue moon the cvs thow a lifeline which they themselves ignore.

The latest is Pihu's words to Rudra before she left....that he's useless and buzdil...can't stand on his own feet and incapable of winning any girl's hand.

The cvs should pay more attention to their own words and pick the clues and go that way.

They should think of firming up Rudra's character, show him determined to prove Pihu and the rest of the world wrong...even dadaji words should be heeded.

But, going by past experience, they will 'gavarofy' this opportunity as well!

It's a recipe for disaster....the recipe being the script!

I'm now totally convinced that each line of the script is penned by a different person and no one reads what the other has written!

As for the director, he doesn't even read the script.

....

I feel so bad for IK. They are messing up his comeback right royally.

Sorry for the long post!!😕

Seconded.
In all honesty, this show was good for like the first 5-7 episodes before it degenerated into a glorious pile of crap where all the director/producer/team wanted was to cash in on was the female and male actors' popularity, storyline and characters be damned.
Logic has been brutually murdered one too many times in the show for me to keep watching it (I gave up on it after like the second week in). The characters are shoddily written with consistency being chucked in the nearest dumpster. Although the plot was initially engaging - what with the break-up and Rudra chatting with Gauri on the boat, they stretched the Rudra-Pihu angle way too much which evoked general annoyance. Moreover, there are too many secondary storylines that haven't been wrapped up.
Aruna Irani, and Sudha Chandran deserve SO much better than whatever scope this show offers them.
