The broth being the show.
It's a recipe for disaster....the recipe being the script!
I'm now totally convinced that each line of the script is penned by a different person and no one reads what the other has written!
As for the director, he doesn't even read the script.
That has to be the reason for the major screw ups in yesterday's episode (18th Oct'10).
The list is endless but I'll just put down a few...yeah, yeah! It's not as if no one noticed and haven't written about it already. Just want to blow off some steam that's literally coming out of my ears. So please bear with me.
1. Pratheik calls Abhay on his own cellphone and Abhay cannot recognise the number.(Small blooper in comparison to the rest)
2. Abhay rushing off to hospital but ending up at the mandap with turban intact...or no, that was a differnt turban.
3. Rudra's miracle recovery evident in his bashing up 10 goons all by himself.
4. RR sending Goondas to stop Rudra arriving on time. Wasn't Gauri supposed to be blamed for the same? Establishes any doubts about multiple scriptwriters.
5. Rudra wasn't told about Pihu's swayambar condition...first come first served. Why? When the world and his wife knew about it!!
6. Were the saath pheras completed? I don't think so. Rudra interrupted the whole proceedings whereupon, everybody abandoned the mandap enmass and stood around Rudra staring at one another for hours.
The pheras got abandoned mid-stream, ashirwad was taken from all and sundry...no, they left out dadaji, I think. And everyone went off on their merry way!
The only good thing that came out of this senseless mess were Pihu's final words to Rudra which I sincerely hope he'll take as a challenge and show her.
Pihu accused him in front of the whole world that he was incapable of standing on his own feet and that he'll never be able to claim anyone as his bride.
I hope that this would propel him to do something useful with his life and lead him to marry Gauri.
But who knows with this lot. They might let this golden opportunity slip by as well.
I feel so bad for IK. They are messing up his comeback right royally.
