For all who watched DMG remember her as the sister of Ridhimma and a girl who was straightforward, who never liked to lose.. Unfortunately she was sidelined and her story never got a proper closure..
And then here we are with Sayatani's portrayal of Anjali.. And I must say it is exactly what I wanted from the Character of Anjali.. She has all the shades in her.. Tough and strong from the outside yet soft in the inside.. Beauty with brains..
From the beginning of the show I have looked Forward to this character.. I want it to get a proper track this time and not sidelined..
Today, she was smart.. She had figured out that Vardhan is only using her for his personal gain.. She is a character I feel is the closest to reality.. That's how people usually are in real life..
After watching whatever happened between Vardhaan and Anjali and how he exploded on Anjali for not supporting him and the way Anjali reacted was confusing to me.. Why was she frozen.. Remember when a the relative of a Patient Slapped her she reacted instantly and here she was absolutely frozen!
I know the cvs are hinting towards an AnjAan love track maybe and as much as I love Vardhan's Character .. This time I want to see the story of Anjali unfold.. I want her story to have a better ending than the same old drama of marrying the villain while he manipulates her against her own Father.. I want to see the success story of Anjali as a doctor and not just a puppet of Vardhan using her against Shashank..
