The prob is they dont even try to change it!! -_-

Because they know people know about this, and thus won't look for logic, and take that for granted.

There are two types of residents one is junior and another is senior residents

Junior residents are those who has completed mbbs and studying for Ms and junior residents course is of 3 years

And senior residents are those who has completed Ms/ md

And senior residents is also of 3 years

So I think it is third year of Dr sid as senior resident not as junior residents

Ohw!! Aisa kya!! As in its like this in India right? Actually i didn’t know. I am from Bangladesh and residency is 4 years here which has two phases.. Phase A n Phase B. Aise tin tin sal nahi. Thanks for the info. :D

By 40 I meant that that a a post graduate doctor can become senior residents up to 40

Means if any one completed 5 year ( 4 year mbbs + 1 year intern) at age of 23 person completed mbbs

Then 3 year for Ms along with training as junior resident by that time person is 26

Then 3 year for senior residents . By that time senior resident is 31

So from age bar is limited for senior resident is from 26 to 40

Well experience and able doctor banne mein 10 to 12 years to lag jaate hain aur uske baad bhi doctor padhai karte rehte hain . Doctor ki padhai kabhi nahi rukti

Accha doctor bane rehna hai to padhai karte raho

Sid is a senior resident, he been working in Sanjivani for 3 years now and have alot of experience, so I don't find anything illogical about that. Dr. Rishab is a senior too like Sid, and he's doing Abhay liver transplant, the juniors like Ishani, Asha and Neil are just assisting them.

the one DOING the residency course arent allowed to do a transplant. Its a highly specialized branch.

But then i got the picture of Sid's being a third year senior resident. I didn’t knoq its like junior and senior resident.. Both 3 years respectively. So, i am cleared now.
