Dr Rishabh did not show his reports to anyone and we know the reason. Even Dr Sid did not know whether that patient is eligible or not.

rule says history + ongoing drug so Dr Sid or Dr Ishani does not know if he is still drinking just before the surgery. And also here we are seeing scenario that how using money they are manipulating the list, hiding reports and trying to treat a patient who is not eligible here :)

Rishab hid the medical report from Ishani, and she was just being a professional and following the hospital rules and guideline. Ishani is yet to learn about the system, Vardhan and others in Sanjivani.

Dr. Shashank knows about Vardhan and his intension but never try to fight with the system and dirty his hands like Sid mentioned.
