its bit odd that they are not showing or at least mentioning dr shashanks second daughter when he is undergoing big operation.

even anjali is not calling her sister or anything strange

she married to Armaan against her Dad's wish. ofcourse he agreed in the end. but that was forced, and in fear of losing his daughter I think.

Dill mill gayye wise that wouldn't have made sense cause in the end it was Shashank who made Armaan stop Riddhima from leaving him and the hospital.. He reunited them and seemed to accept them wholeheartedly but yeah who knows anything could have happened during these 10 years.. it's Armaan Riddhima we are talking about their life is incomplete without problems lmao
