I thought watching their scenes they were long lost lovers but that doesn't seem to be the case here from everyone elses comments.

I know Dr Shashank was married to Smriti then he married Padma Bansal during dmg. I have never watched the old Sanjivani although watched some of dmg and never seen Dr Juhi during the duration of that so thought there must have been some romantic angle during old Sanjivani.

I might be mixing it with other serial..but in season 1 few starting episodes it was implied that Dr. Juhi likes Dr. Shashank..

Something happens and her feelings get crushed..I will try to find episode.
