Is everyone in the family deaf?

Hey guys,
I just had a thought that during the time when Sagar was yelling her name when she left and again when Buaji said all that stuff about their relationship then why didn't anyone hear him calling her Ganga? Are they all deaf or what?
What do you guys think? Do you all agree?

He barely ever addresess her by Janvi.

Also when he volunteered to take Ganga to the doctor's then he said 'inhe' instead of her name. He never calls her Bhabhi (which he and everyone in the family believe).
I just can't believe that with all the shouting that Sagar has been doing lately i.e. when Ganga left and also after Buaji dropped her bombshell, why couldn't anyone mention it or hear it.

Yeah, Its kind of rude how he never calls her Janvi well Bhabhi! Atleast we realised. . . it was cute when Sagar and Ganga looked at each other when Buaji was making her fuss in the living room!
