ACP behind everything

I think the ACP is behind Manya's dad's death. Because the way he was tlkaing to Manya was so rude.

How could he make a false report on a innocent person. But why would did he want to harm manya's dad?

i also think it was him on the phone where he threatened to kill Manya😭
