Hey Guys,
Just saw today's episode. It was amazing, and I loved it as always. There was so much that happened, but this is exactly what worries and upset me. Especially after seeing the precap,.. I really feel like StarPlus is going to make these last few Sajda episodes a cover-up for their unfair decision.
As seen in today's episode, the bomb blast happened very quickly, and from the precap, we see that Aaliya is already back to Mehreen in tomorrows episode,.. and the blast will have little effect on the storyline.
I loved the way they had the timer on screen for us,.. and the background music when the blast happened, the black and white effect,.. it was all really well done. But, I feel it was just a kind of, "lets show a blast and finish that part of the story off, and move on"... you know?
The precap especially, makes me feel like StarPlus is trying to save itself... because they are already putting in this marriage proposal by MP in front of Mehreen, and its kind of like their way of saying "oh, but we did show the Pyar ya Farz concept of the story"...so that if us fans retaliate and say to StarPlus that they didnt give the storyline a chance,.. they can say they actually did, ... all in the last few episodes.
I feel that StarPlus is going to rush the whole concept behind Sajda, in the last few episodes,.. and push it out of the way. And this is making me really really upset. I think Sajda has amazing potential, and I cannot believe StarPlus is demeaning it in such a way.
I feel sad watching the storyline be rushed like this. There is so much they can show,.. especially with this Pyar Ya Farz idea,... and showing just one bomb blast in one episode is completely ruining the base of this show, and its fight against terrorism. They think that they can show one or two scenes on these major concepts of the show, and cover-up for their unfair decision...
This is wrong,.. and just disrespectful to Sajda. Not only are they being unjust by taking it off air, but they are being unjust by giving it a rushed ending... making it seem like its not even deserving of an extension.
I am deeply distressed and concerned about the treatment Sajda is receiving from the channel. Such a fantastic show,... such a fantastic star cast,... all gone to waste.
