About the fan fictions, notes have been posted before explaining why fan fictions are moved to FF section. I know not many members are happy about this but it is a rule that has been enforced on many active sections of IF. There are no exceptions, all are moved. If any have gone unnoticed you are free to bring that to the attention of DTs.

ATs do get closed, perhaps not as fast as members would like but they do get closed.

Topics getting repeated, efforts are made to merge as many related threads as possible.

With recent changes made in the WU schedule, DTs ask that you do report your thread to be stickied.

Regarding problems in the forum, that is what the report button is for. No matter how many DTs are a part of a forum it is impossible to keep track of every little thing without some co-operation from members themselves. Just because we moderate a section does not mean we go post by post dissecting every little thing, there are going to be things that go unnoticed which is why you have the report button so we can deal with those posts immediately. The posts reported are the ones that get our immediate attention.

Less than two months ago a similar thread was made with a response coming from higher DTs. The SH forum while very active is far from being chaotic, it has been a peaceful forum and will hopefully remain one in the future.
