Episode begins with Gehna being taunted n tortured by the ladies of a Desai house , only Tiya supports her . Babuji gifts her jewellery . Anant gifts her heavy Banarasi saree .

Yamuna meets Radhika and gifts her khandaani jewellery that she had preserved for Anant’s bahu and also the heavy saree she had kept for Radhika . She asks her to reach the Desai house al, dressed up for the reception .She shares her plans with Hema, Kanak n Hiral.
On the day of reception Pankaj and Chetan swindle away the money given by Babuji for making reception arrangements . They make very poor arrangements n also destroy the gust list and don’t bother tk send any invitations , they have also done away with caterers n ordered one sweet n one Savory item only per plate .
They happily discuss how they plan to make the reception a huge failure.
