This is uncomfortable to watch.

I don't know about anyone else, but this leap is the first time I have actually felt uncomfortable watching SNS. I could tolerate all the illogical crap and the dragged out tracks, but seeing Kokila being maligned by her own "family" is painful to sit through. All Paridhi, Jigar and Monica seem to do is treat her like scum, make bitchy comments, get her into trouble or shove her around. I don't believe Kokila has done something so wrong for the family to mistreat somebody of her stature and age. In tonight's ep Kokila muttered that she hadn't hurt anybody for them to deal with her in this way. 😕

It is difficult to watch. No woman deserves to be treated as such by her family. Kokila's only mistake seems to be is that she is old, a widow and she and Gopi don't bring in any money and are burdens to their family. If you think about it, it is not uncommon in families where selfishness, greed and money mean everything. Hopefully Kokila gets back on form soon. Miss her of old.

i also wonder dear never watch for long time why KoKila become so helpless now. Have to beg for ev7before she is the One who keep this house and family together. Where is all her respect gone. And Jigar in the beginning he is very polite and respect KoKila and Gopi a lot and now his behavior is very rude what change him so much.

I am hating Jigs, Pari and that stupid Monica... How could JIgar be so rude his Kaki ji & Bhabhi wow..This is not uncommon actually... Weaknesses for KoGi is taht AHem is not there, Kokila is a widow so there is no support for them. Meera is another annoying character she is making things too complicated when she should stand by her mom and dadi...

What was jigar when ahem and chirag was running the company. Ahem was running the company single handedly. Modi ladies never worked anywhere so as to contribute financially as they are super rich. It is not a big deal for them to maintain 50 people but they are focusing more on their lives.

Not only it is elder abuse, it also shows the power of money within the family structure. Koki ruled earlier as her husband and Ahem controlled the business and now Jigar controls it. This is a very common story in joint-business families and this is why husbands need to make sure, that if anything happened to them, their wives at not left at the mercy of the rest of the family. 😡

@usaonly, catmittens and katrinasalman Jigar obviously cannot handle running a business and keeping his household happy. When Baa was alive she was the centre of the family, much loved and respected by her family and daughters in law who held family principles to heart. Paridi and Monica are modern day, society snobs. Family unity means nothing to them. An easy life, with parlour visits, lazing around eating and gossiping is what they do.
