Part 24
Samar and Juli decide to continue with the relationship and inform everyone about the same. Savita and Kokila patch up and start making preparations for the engagement. Dhawal, Kinjal and Urmila too fix up the engagement date for Pappu. Samar's engagement date is as same as Pappu's. Everyone decides to conduct dual engagement in Modi Mansion.
Sona makes lots of friends in school and requests them to come for Sahir's engagement. She is excited about new dresses and jewelry and admires herself in the mirror. Sahir comes in and says, "You are looking gorgeous. Be careful as there will be lots of guests and somebody might kidnap you."
Sona said, "I myself am a kidnapper who got you. That is more than enough. You are looking dashing." Both hug and share the moments.
Ahem, Gopi, Jigar and Paridhi go for the routine checkup and the reports are normal. Paridhi said, "I want to have Pani Puri." Gopi said, "I want to have mango ice-cream."
Ahem and Jigar grant their requests.
All four spend quality time.
Vidya is upset with Shravan for hiding the fact about Nayya and the conversation that took place between Gaura and her in-laws.
Raghav & Meera confront Dharam for not telling them about Nayya & her past.
Dharam said, "I am sorry that I could not tell you people due to the court case & wedding preparations."
Raghav said, "If there is anything else, you can tell us now."
Dharam said, "You have one more brother whose name is Karan. We disowned him for marrying a girl against our wishes. The girl's name is Monica & she is a Catholic."
Meera said, "That is unfair on your part. when you could marry me despite having a wife & 4 grown-up children, why can't Karan marry according to his choice?"
Dharam said, "I was helpless at that time as it was your granny's decision."
Vidya confronts Shravan & said, "I've already told you that I hate lies & deceit but you have hidden the fact from me for the second time & that is unpardonable now. Thank God, I am not carrying your child otherwise, Nayya & her in-laws would have caught hold of me. I cannot live with you anymore."
She goes back crying to Modi Bhavan.
Gopi hugs her & asks, "What happened? Why are you crying?"
Vidya said, "Shravan has cheated me yet again. I asked about his secret many times. This happened when Gaura was demanding a child from us. Shravan didn't want the child."
Gopi consoles her. Ahem is annoyed to hear this. He decides to go to Samjautha Niwas to take Shravan to task but finds him at MM.
Shravan requests, "Papa, I want to speak to Vidya."
Ahem said, "Enough! You have already hurt us with your lie. What else you want to tell us now?"
Shravan said, "I want to apologize to all of you for this. Trust me, I didn't tell this to Vidya before as
I didn't want to lose her at any cost."
Gopi said. "I can understand but how long can you hide the truth? It will come out one day or the other. This is not the first time. We had forgiven you when you helped me to save my husband from the fire wherein the crackers were getting burst but you have disappointed us yet again."
Shravan said, "I know that I have hidden this from her but I didn't want Vidya to leave me."
Gopi said, "You should have told this to us before marrying our daughter. You put yourself in our boots. If your brother-in-law had done this to Nayya, how you would have taken it? How would you react?"
Shravan said, "I am literally sorry. Please let me speak to Vidya once."
Kokila said, "Enough of your drama. What do you think you are? Vidya is not interested in talking to you nor we are."
Ahem said, "I think he won't go like that." He then tells Jigar to push him out who does the same.
Shravan goes back & gets shocking news when Raghav tells him about Karan. Raghav confronts Shravan for not telling him about it but consoles him when he found Shravan in tears.
He then tells Raghav, "Vidya is upset with me & left the house. she is not in talking terms."
Raghav said, "You have to do something to get back their trust. I will work out & tell you once I return from Australia. "
Aditya gathers information about Karan through Internet & gives the information to Raghav.
Meera & Raghav leave for Australia in search of Karan.
Vidya tells the family, "I have decided to divorce Shravan as this is the second time he is doing this to me."
Ahem & Gopi send the divorce papers to Shravan's place.
