To maintain its position on TRP charts Star Plus' Saath Nibhana Saathiya has always tried to bring in interesting tracks and characters to maintain its viewers interest.

The latest to join the show are the two popular faces of television industry, Amar Upadhaya (popular as Mihir from Kyunki Saas Bhi Kabhi Bahu Thi) and Vandana Pathak(seen on popular shows like Khichdi, Ek Mahal Ho Sapnon Ka, Yeh Meri Life Hai, Hum Paanch and R K Laxman Ki Duniya). Vandana Pathak will enter the show as Kokila's friend and Amar will play the role of her son.

After Vandana's entry the audience are going to see a big twist on the show.

Wondering how?

Vandana will propose Kokila with the idea of Vidya and her grand son's marriage. However, Meera will play a trick and will get married to Amar Updhaya.

We tried contacting Amar Upadhaya but he remained unavailable for comment.

Amar Upadhaya? 😕 He's a lot older than Nazim.

Considering the fact the last two articles from Tellybuzz were incorrect, I'm inclined to not believe this one either.

@bold: Yes, even I think the same. I have lost trust in I-F articles unless it is officially confirmed. If that is the case, even I can give the article about a lady DON who met Gopi in jail & helped her to escape.😆

Let's see if it happens Gayatri. Can't trust I-F articles.

But if it's true, why would they want to marry off Vidya at 18?
