Gopi isn't going to die. I saw it on dailymotion. They said it was to bring Ahem & Gopi closer. In fact Ahem will be there when the accident happens. Meera was drunk, fights with Gopi and in anger pushes her out of the window. She falls on a car. Ahem was somewhere near by talking on his phone And rushes to Gopi. Divya gets angry with meera for pushing their mom. So relax, nobody's gonna die.

There are so many videos I am not sure which one I saw. But in that one, the presenter said that it was to bring ahem and Gopi closer. Gopi also said in the interview that ultimately she is going forgive Meera for this incident.
