Regarding Gopi, I made a post about her speech from a couple of episodes ago when Ahem threw the sindoor on the floor. The post didn't get any comments, but the point I was trying to make was that no matter how much we protest, Gopi made it very clear she cannot live without her Maaji and she will nibha her rishta with Ahem forever. She's not going anywhere. She is stuck to Kokila and Ahem like glue.

No he did not propose then. When Mansi asked him to marry her to prove he does not love Gopi, he walked away without saying a word to her. The next day Gopi came to the bakery and gave him her mangalsutra thinking he had married Mansi. But then she found out he was not married to Mansi and has still kept the Kanhaji murti that Gopi had made all these years. She went back to him and tried to get him to confess he still loved her. Instead ahem took her to his house and proposed to Mansi in front of Gopi.
