Saath Nibhana Saathiya 24th March 2015 - Written Update

Well, the show begins with Kokila speaking, trying to make Ahem see the futility of his actions. That Kokila will not allow the engagement take place as Ahem is still wedded to Gopi and Gopi worships Ahem with all her heart. She also puts forth the sacrifices of selfless Gopi.

Whatever Kokila said, Ahem is unmoved ; like pouring cold milk and water { whichever you choose } on stone ; has no effect, Ahem is unaffected.

Hereabouts Meera steps in to speak rudely to Gopi ; asks Gopi why she had returned to create havoc in their lives. Ganges and Jamuna flow freely out of Gopi, but still silent. Kokila says that she can see where the upbringing is coming from, that is Ahem ; for the upbringing she gave to her son is not this, nor the upbringing, principles are of Gopi's.

Somewhere, hereabouts ; Manasi tries to interrupt and say something, Kokila stops her and says that Manasi is unacceptable and can never take the place of Gopi, as long as Kokila is alive and kicking. Kokila asks her to leave. As Manasi prepares to leave ; Ahem holds Manasi back.

Then, Ahem Modi takes over :- He calls his mother Kokila, Kokila Parag Modi, shocking Kokila.

Ahem tells that he hates Gopi, that he does not love Gopi. Gopi always put the interests of the larger family first priority rather than him and their daughters. Ahem admits although Kokila taught him to fly in the vast sky, always Kokila had a string attached, by which her decisions were imposed on him by Kokila, including his marriage to Gopi, who was an illiterate, never knew the ways of the world. As far as the upbringing is concerned ; there is already one Parag Modi in the family and he, Ahem, does not want to become the second Parag, strings pulled by Gopi ; decisions imposed by Gopi.

Kokila is stunned and taken aback. A teary eyed Gopi wants to go away from the scene of action and un-pleasantries where her mother in law is insulted, repeatedly.

In between :- Little Raashi and Pratiek pray to the Lord that Kokila is successful in bringing back Ahem. Urmilaa enters the scene and wants Urmilaa on learning that Kokila had gone to Bombay, to bring back Ahem, cries.

Kinjal and Paridhi have tit for tat Conversation ; Kinjal wants Paridhi to do online shopping for its Ahem's marriage and that Paridhi has two kinds of relationship with Ahem. Paridhi gets a call on the cellular phone and after the call ; Paridhi tells Kinjal that Aunt, Kinjal's mother had gone to Bombay to bring back Ahem. And the call was from Pratiek. Paridhi leaves behind a sullen, downcast Kinjal.

Jigar tries to say something but Ahem holds up his hand { like a Traffic Policeman } and then signals them to leave.

Gopi says that they leave. But Kokila says that she will not move an inch, she will stay back and will not let the engagement ceremony take place. In that case Ahem says he will leave ; and he leaves, with Manasi following him.

Meera tells Kokila that although they love their Grandmother, she feels that Kokila is wrong in stopping their father getting engaged, for they are happy in their lives and this one decision was their father's alone, but Kokila did not let Ahem take the call.

Kokila says that they being Gopi's daughters and with Gopi's upbringing imbibed into them ; Kokila had not felt lost ten years ago but was hopeful that these two little girls would apply the healing touch to Ahem's wounds and bring back to the folds of the family ; but now Kokila is hugely disappointed by the girls behaviour and attitude. Also Kokila does say something about Gopi's sacrifices going to waste, and also about Gopi's virtues towards her family.
