The scene opens with Gopi in the temple praying to her kanaji to help her. She strikes a match to light the diya but is unable to. Kokila appears out of nowhere, takes the matchbox from her, strikes a match and lights the diya. She prays and says that she took too long to help Gopi. She request kanaji to help bring Paridi home. Gopi also requests that their message should reach Paridi.
In flashback we are shown Gopi writing on the kite with Kokila by her side. She switches off the light and Kokila reads the message.
Paridi is in the dark remembering the words that the family had said to Vivan. Suddenly she seems to realise, moves over to the light and switches it off. She reads the message asking her to come to the festival and bring Vivan and is thankful that they family are trying to find her.
Kokila says that she is sure that Paridi would have read the message. Gopi says that she is scared. Kokila reassures her. Gopi feels very much that she does not have Ahem's support in this. (this is daredevil Gopi? 😲 She did not have Ahem's support before. Why now?)
Paridi is asleep on the floor. Vivan arrives and coaxes her to wake. He gives her food. She smiles at him and he is surprised. She tells him how upset she is with the Modis and what they have said about her. She tells him that he was right. They are not worthy of her. He smiles. She apologises for realising too late her love for him and that he truly loves her. She badmouths Jigar. Vivan is over the moon. He wants reassurance that she is not toying with him. They hug.
Paridi ask Vivan if he will marry her. She tells him to take her away from the place. He agrees straightaway. She tells him not today but tomorrow at the festival where they will fly a kite and get married.
Gopi is seen trying to convince Ahem. She says that without him she can't do anything. He refuses and tells her that he is fed up with this drama since Paridi arrived the family have been troubled. Gopi pleads with him. Kokila appears behind Gopi and nods her head telling him to help. He agrees. Gopi thanks him not knowing that he agreed upon his mother's request and not hers (Mama's Boy!) Kokila tells Gopi to dry her eyes and together they will find Paridi and rescue her. Gopi is happy. Ahem tells Gopi that this will be the last time and he is only doing it for her benefit (liar! 😆). Jigar hugs Ahem. Hetal asks that if they all go to the festival then what will they do with Radha. Do they tell her? Kokila refuses. She says that it would not be good for Radha to go, as she is pregnant and there will be lots of people milling around. Jigar says that it would not be good to take her. She does not take stress but gives it and if she finds out what the plan is, she may try some trick to thwart them. Kokila asks as to Radha's whereabouts. Hetal says that she is sleeping. Kokila says that Radha must not find out what they are planning. Another worry is that if Vivan sees them then Paridi's life could be at risk.
Kinjal arrives. She says that she has made arrangements already. Kokila asks how. Kinjal takes a moustache out of the bag she was carrying and puts it on Ahem (muchuwala sourpuss 🤣)
The day of the festival arrives. Lots is happening at the fair. Rides, dancing, kites etc. The family are in disguise. Kokila and Urmila bicker. Jigar stops them. The family look for Paridi. Urmila sees jalebi and she is gone. They decide that it is better to split up. Urmila is ruled by her stomach and requests Jigar that they should eat first. Kokila reprimands her.
Gopi is looking for the kite they had sent. Vivan and Paridi arrive with the kite. Paridi asks Vivan why he wants her to cover her face. He tells that they police would be looking for her. She says that she would tell the police that she left of her own accord. Vivan receives a phone call and is curt with the caller, telling them to not call anymore and cuts the call. (that's right. Kick her to the side.) Paridi thinks to herself that she will not spare Radha. Vivan and Paridi pass behind Gopi and Ahem unseen. Undercover police are also there helping the Modis.
Urmila is cribbing about her hunger. Vivan and Paridi head to the jalebi seller and order some for themselves. Urmila misses them by seconds and loudly asks the vendor to give her 10 rupees worth. Paridi recognises the voice and heads back only to miss her again. Vivan comes and drags her away. The family are still looking and Paridi is constantly looking for them also. She sees a photographer and request Vivan that they should have a photo. She asks for another one and removes her veil hoping that the family would see her. But no luck Vivan covers her face and takes her away. As they are walking away Gopi recognises Paridi from behind and they go after her but a child falls in their way and they are thwarted. Ahem asks Gopi if she is sure. She replies that she recognised the bangles that Hetal had given to Paridi.
Pre cap. Gopi tells Kokila and Jigar that she saw Paridi. Kokila asks if she is sure and she that she did not see her face but she recognised the bangles that Hetal had given.
So all in all the family seem to be closing in on Vivan. Just wish that they would close in on Radha too. Although she has been entertaining it is getting tiresome. The family tolerate her just because of the baby she is carrying, so easily taken in. I was surprised with Paridi. Already knowing what Radha is like, she had to stop and help her out of the road? Madness, complete madness!
