should the kids not see the dead body of the mother? c'mon they are seeing their mother one last time. Why did the Modi parvaar snatch that from the grand kids?

Once again the Modi parivaar "showed" their "unpad" attitude in keeping their mother's death from tolu molu.

How will they feel when they come to know that the whole family lied to them?

And this is just like Kokila's "memory loss". Would not the neighbors tell the kids?

I think it is very wrong of the Modi parivaar to hide this from the kids.

It may be a shock to see the dead body of their mother but in the long run it will be good they knew the truth.

When I was little I saw my grandad's body for all of 10 minutes to see him one last time and complete the ritual, I was not there for the whole funeral like the other members of my family. So to me it made sense for tolu and molu just to see their mother one last time for a short amount of time and not attend the whole funeral. Rashi would have looked like she was a sleep, only difference is she wasn't gonna wake up again. The kids would have got closure.
