That still doesn't give a person to make up dirty lies about what they're doing. Rashi's lie about the orphanage went too far. Why lie about helping orphans when she was really going to a hotel? There's a limit to what kind of lies someone makes up. This just wasn't right morally or ethically.
Anyway, there comes a point when a person has to put their foot down and take control of their life. How long will Rashi go around lying to enjoy her life? After a while, if her MILs won't support her wishes, then she'll have the gain the support of her husband. If Jigar really loves his wife, then he will support her, and if he does not have the guts to support her in front of everyone, then it's better for them to break away from Modi bhavan and get their own home so that Rashi can at least live her own life honestly and peacefully.
The problem is that even Rashi would not want to do this. She'd rather enjoy the wealth of Modi bhavan and continue her life lying than gain independence from the family. The problem is not only Kokila's. Kokila is the way she is because everyone lets her be like that. No one stands up to her, not her MIL, her husband, Hetal, or her son. When someone is enabled to become a bully, then it's easy to remain a bully. So IMO, Kokila's behavior is caused by everyone else in the family, so before blaming Kokila it's better to blame the others, who have enabled her behavior to continue all those years.
The ultimate villain in all this is the CVs, who have ruined Rashi and Kokila's characters. 🤬 There was a time when both Rashi and Kokila became positive characters. Kokila, who was a bully in the beginning, had become a pretty nice MIL before Umang entered the story again, but then it all went downhill after that. As for Rashi, she had become such a loving, supportive character lately, but because Rucha is leaving the show, the CVs have made her the same old Rashi again, which is plain stupid because Rashi's character had gone through such a positive transformation. If anyone is to be blamed, it's the infuriating CVs who are weaving such a nonsense storyline that shows no development of any of their characters.
