Rashi seriously wants her to stay in the house , she is asking for her right ... I want her to say like I will stay in this house because of Vidya BUT as Ahem was ready to get married to Radha somewhere in his mind he accept that relation if in a nick of time Gopi wouldn't be there He was married to Radha ... so She could have promised at this particular time that

1. She will stay with her daughter Vidya always.

2. She will consider Ahem as her husband till her last breath BUT forcing Ahem to accept her as his Wife again would be wrong ...
