For me taking a leap was an awesome idea and many people on the forum too think the same. But I want to know if there are some people who wouldve preferred saathiya without a leap?

I have mixed opinions about it. I like the concept of a leap and the storyline is interesting, but I don't like what happened with Gopi because it's typical saas-bahu storyline of the DIL being kicked out of the house by the MIL with the husband doing nothing about it. Kokila was supposed to be the atypical MIL who loves her DIL as much as she loves her own daughter...never expected this from her.

I'm one of those who has never liked leaps and I still stand by my views. Having said that, the storyline is fresher, evident by the activity on the forum now. What I wanted to see was how they all evolved. How Gopi managed in the early days, how the family dynamics changed. The leap just glossed over all that.
