I was sooo wrong

Yesterday I really thought that Gopi would realize that Rashi would be the worst person to adopt a baby from her own bad experience, but ai was sooo sooo wrong. Turns out Gopi has still not realizes the abuse she suffered as a child. She still wants to see the good in Rashi and Rashi with a few clever and selfish words managed to convince Gopi that She should actually be grateful to Urmila for keeping her like a servant, uneducated, abused and oppressed in the name of adoption. Disgraceful.

Gopi unfortunately is too far gone. Your expectations will be met maybe when Gopi actually sees someone call a spade a spade, i.e, call UrShi's torture of her as torture instead of scouting around it.

Basically UrShi have reigned and will reign because they have made sure of Gopi's gratefulness for the smallest things while controlling her with the fear of punishments. Rashi as we know is street smart and hits the right chords at the right time.

Her reminding Gopi of her being an orphan was to remind the Gopi that she is forever indebted to her and her mother. This may as well be untrue but the illusion that UrShi have created in Gopi's mind is that she would have not survived if not for her Maami and Maama.

Unfortunately, the bind goes deeper as her Maama was a nice guy in some ways and loved Gopi. She is attached to that house in the hip.

Unless one day someone shows her that UrShi had actually brainwashed her and that she was not treated right, Gopi will continue being grateful and loving towards these two who deserve none of this.

As for the track, I like it because maybe I am not seeing it😉 But the fact is, this is the first thing that Rashi has not got immediately and I am hoping that she learns from it.. atleast a little😊
