Just a flashing idea from Gopi got Ahem's mind ticking into an idea then into a plan. The great Ahem Modi was electrified by his bold and daring Gopi. Ahem the businessman was in full flow. This plan was well orated step-by-step as we are led to believe by Ahem. With one call by Gopi the plan was put into action.
On the day of the execution worry and nervousness was clearly evident on Ahem's face and his voice. He sensed this on her too. His heart was speaking to her wanting to take the alternate route. He felt really bad to put her through this knowing that their baby may be at risk and that she may neglect her meal times. Gopi was strong and confident in her talk to him and reassured him at every turn.
This reversal of roles where he is concerned for her well-being and Gopi is firmly rooted in her conviction brings out the weakness of Ahem - his love for his Gopi. Him calling to check on her and letting her know of his whereabouts clearly confirmed his words when he told her that he is there with her. However it may take him to find out from Dhaval of there being no domestic help and this could be when he may step in to be with her in disguise.
Ahem has bought into Gopi's idea and begun to put it into action. He will find a way of making sure that Gopi is safe at every turn while at the same time work a way of overcoming the trickster, Ramji Karodia.
