Cool OP. As someone who is quite happy for both Giaa and Dev I really don't give a flying cookie who plays Gopi but it is quite clear that Giaa has moved on and is not coming back and the role is quite safely Dev's.
However, the reaction of a certain vociferous clique on this Forum to Giaa's replacement has left a nasty after-taste in my mouth and I have never been the type to forgive or forget what has been done.So yeah donning fake halo's and kissing and making up sounds awesome. But having seen the real characters of some of my fellow forumites I am not going to quite be able to block out the nastiness. If everyone wanted to get along like some big happy family than they should have perhaps thought of the consequences when they embarked on their little campaign. And yeah ... it was the Giaa supporters clique who started this. No use trying to cover that up. The stench lingers over the Forum till this day.Perhaps one day when they take ownership of what they have done... No wait what am I saying. Pigs will fly first.
Okay, you don't have to kiss and make up. I don't know what has happened in the past that has made you so bitter and it's not my place to dig into it either. You don't have to forgive and forget either, if you don't want to. This isn't an attempt to resolve past matters but merely an observation and my thoughts on what's happening presently. I don't like being sugar-and-sweet-till-my-teeth-hurt either... I'm blunt as a brick most times. But sometimes one's got to be the middle man in order to co-exist and bring two heatedly warring sides to a neutral ground.
You are welcome to hold a grudge for as long as you wish. I was just hoping to create a little more positivity in lieu of the petty bickering that's been going on recently. Couldn't you go into cold war and just ignore posts made by people you don't like? 😛
