The production house and the channel had made a very important decision of replacing its lead Giaa Maanek with Devoleena Bhattacharjee as Gopi sometime last month. Hence, we asked if that could be one of the reasons of the shows downfall to which the producer said, "I wouldn't accept this as it was the same show with the same Giaa but it did not work for the first six months. However it started picking up from there as the audience started liking the story. The story is more important for me and not any particular character."
