We watched, the show, because we liked Giaa and her portrayal of Gopi, I DON'T THINK, by appreciating some one's talents and supporting them, will become, the biggest sin on earth. Since, she is thrown out , from the show, with out any proper reason, we find, it is very unjustice to Giaa. So that, we are fighting for her. We are also busy people in our life, we are minding our business, and the same time we are giving our support to her!!!. Do you think it is real stupid to support some one in the hard times? Well, i don't think so

Well said.. and we definitely dont want Saathiya to end soon. Gia is a talented actress and things have been unfair for her and as her fans we are doing what ever best we can do to support her . If it was any other person from Saathiya cast we would have done the same thing. If she had left the show on her own we would not have bothered.. But she was thrwon out ...We have invested 2 years in this serial and definitely dont want an early death for this serial. ..

@bold: But she did leave on her own, didn't she? SP gave her the option to stay with SNS or to leave and do JDJ. And she chose to leave and participate in JDJ?
People's complaints were that she could have done both and didn't need the ultimatum.

Seems applicable to the Gia/SP situation...and of course, many other situations too 😉

Nice post and I admire everyone who stays detached from fictional things.
But should everyone feel same as you?
I have tons of stuff going on in my life, in fact when I started watching this show I was doing my Master's so let me tell you that this show was an escape for me. It was a stress reliever and I could put my own things aside and get lost in a fictional world for a while.
Slowly I became attached to the show and the story and the actors who portrayed those characters. For over two years I watched Gia as Gopi and to suddenly say well here is your new Gopi whether you like it or not. How do you think most people who were attached to the show felt?
Whether Gia left on her own or was fired we will never know as everyone is playing the blame game at this point, there has been nothing official but many confusing statements.
Whether Gia is enjoying JDJ or not does not matter to those who felt that they lost something suddenly and I think most of them are grown up enough to know the difference between real and fiction.
It is not for us to judge the reason for their fight, we support them or not is up to us, but please don't make them out to be some crazy people who can't let go.
Everyone needs time to come to terms with change, especially who are first time watchers like me, and I don't watch the show because it is not the same for me, but that does not mean I am going to tell the others to stop watching either nor am I am going to stop Gia fans from supporting her in anyway they see fit.
Just one more thing, I laugh and cry at movies, shows or books so I am emotional fool anyway and this was not to offend anyone, but I used to love this forum but now I am mad that the place I used to come to relieve some stress is causing more stress because of posts like this.
You have your reasons we have ours. So lets just try to respect everyones veiws and opinions.
Thank you and sorry for the rant.

[QUOTE=quarky]Although I understand how people connect with some serials, its still kind of worrying to see people feel so bad for someone who's enjoying herself in Jhalak and is earning well. Because they are ruining their night's sleep and going out of the way for someone who doesn't need that much help.

Yeah, even i am asking, the same questions to you guys!!!. why you feel very emotional, and upset, when we say NO to the new gopi? Why you guys keep on begging us to accept the new change in the drama? Since, the drama is a fictional one, why you get hurt, when we criticize the new gopi and the serial. Since our Dev is happily playing GOPI role in the serial, and earning well, why you guys ruining your precious night sleep, and spending too much of your time in the forum!!! ,? does she need your help? Did she ask for your support? Since, you guys are very practical people, then why you get offended,, when we criticize the drama and our new Gopi. 😕 Did you guys get emotionally attach to our new Gopi? Why you guys are so determine to make us to accept the newbiee? Don't get attached to the serial. i want to tell you, the same thing, what ever you guys advised on us, this is a reel story. not real one. Actors and actresses will come and go!!. If we criticize the new gopi, take it easy. After all, this is a fiction .😆

Woah there... I don't even know where to start here since no one is forcing anyone to accept anything and no Devoleena acceptor/fan said that he/she is losing sleep. But I'll just say this:
Regarding the red...It's not just saying "no" to Devoleena though, some people go as far as making fun of her and blaming her for the demise of SNS.

It's one thing to say "I don't like Devoleena" and that's fine. But it's another thing to call her "Vampoleena" and find other ways to make fun of her. And then it goes as far as making fun of people who are ok with Devoleena.

fitst of all, thanx for your reply.
See, Mega, i have never called her with any names. Since, she is a new replacement, i might called her as Newbiee[Dev]. I don't think, that word is a bad one. And talking about the demise of SNS, did you recently notice the TRP? the trp went down from 3.9 to 2.9 in 3 weeks. Don't you think, this is a drastic change? If it [TRP] goes up, ok, no problem, What if , it goes down, whether will you call it, the demise of SNS, or rise of SNS?. Some times, we should accept, the truth. Truth always stands. Even, in the worst track, also, SNS didn't loose, it's TRP. You guys are not asking us, to accept the new gopi [Dev].???? Well, i don't think so. You guys, did lot of canvassing for her. Pls. accept it.
