But then, Kokila doesn't read Swasthi's 'Ahem and Love', right?😉 Isn't she a bit late in looking for justice and better treatment for her DIL? I mean off late Ahem has been way better than he was in his first year (I haven't seen those episodes but heard enough on this forum) and nobody (including Koki) said anything then. That makes me think that maybe Koki loves Gopi more because of her pregnancy.

This is also not the first time Koki stood up for Gopi against Ahem. She has done it again and again from the time Naani ended her first visit. It took her a mother's advice to see what was missing in Gopi and Ahem's relationship..

Then it was Koki who pushed Ahem and Gopi together though Ahem hated it. It is again Koki who is separating them because she is really hurt at what Ahem said. His disrespect and lack of patience inspite of being in love is what she cannot stand.

Let's assumes for a min that Ahem does not love Gopi - just that she is a nice companion and he likes her - then this separation wouldn't affect him that much and gradually the distance would grow between Gohem. Ahem being in love changes things drastically - only because he won't accept the separation and try to cornet Gopi. Do you honestly feel that Koki can predict all that??

Rashi played a kalakari on Gopi - resulting in her getting expelled form school. End result - Ahem took responsibility of Gopi's education. Anita tried to burn Gopi down. End result - ahem figured out that he really loves Gopi a lot. I know these are bad examples and Koki has Gopi and Ahem's best interest at heart. What I am saying is that just because the end result is good does not justify any action. Any action can only be judged based on the context and information available at the time of that action. Koki does not know how her decision will impact Gohem and that is precisely why she's wrong (strictly my opinion 😊)
