If they had to replace Gia I don't understand why they didn't replace her for a another popular lead like Sahara One's Niyati have done. As far as I know the majority of leads that need changing is mostly taken over by a popular actor/actress.
I would have preferred Shrenu Parikh to have taken over but she was already snapped up for the lead in a Sony serial
