One cannot work for two companies

No one likes a character in a serial to be replaced...it may be audience, production team, the character...no one likes that.

But come on we all like SNS still be logical...no company can allow an employee to work in another company especially when the two companies are competing with each other. Do you think that TATA will allow an employee to work in RELIANCE. NO. Do you think Star Plus will allow its employee to work in another channel. NO.

We all want the lead actress. But the decision rests with Manek whether she wants to work with Star Plus or not. I dont think Star Plus or the production house is to be blamed.
