I feel its correct, even in reality, many people treasure the chocolate wrapers or dried flowers, broken gifts.. it is not matter about the gift, its about the person who gave it.. for gopi its specail, may be she doesn't know that ahem loves her orr not, but she does.. thats make difference, if you truely like a person, may not lover, frnd anyone.. a simple note we exchange in class will be precious.. it will there like ages:))))

Nafisa, Gopi is always open about her feelings. She treats Ahemji like a God and she has never hidden that from him. As Harini pointed out, this does not feed his ego, but humbles him. And when Gopi explains her sentiments to him, she is just telling him how she feels without thinking about how it affects him.

Let me give you an example about sentimental gifts. Years ago, I had taken a sari for my sister in India. That was my first gift to her. The sari got burnt while ironing, but she to this day, she has kept the sari. I have told her to throw it away since it is out of style too, but she doesn't. Has it given me a big head? No. It humbles me. I treasure my sister's sentiments and it makes me love her more.

By showing Gopi's feelings to Ahemji in this way, the CV's are making him appreciate her value more and thus making him fall in love with her over and over again. He knows how his wife looks at him and he is beginning to look at her in the same way.

For her the man is God so she will take all he has to give - hate, slap, love, kisses, hugs, pretty sari, burnt sari.

That's Gopi, she loves the man to distraction & he is perfect in her eyes.😆

I think that is the angle the CV's are going with this, and when Aham gets more and more soft they will lend the show, it seems after today's episode I feel that more and more, that all obstacles are gone now, all that's left is for Kinwal to get together and RaJi to have their SR and it will be all that she wrote.
What about UrShi's KKs?? 😆... May be they will never come out ?😕

Because they are so many I doubt all will ever come out. 😊

Well as you all know Gopi will be Gopi, so it's not a surprise that she wants to keep the burnt saree.

I know that, she took a lot from him, perhaps what I wish for was for Gopi to not put Aham on a pedestal too much, because I have seen Aham treat Gopi badly and now finally she has won his love, I don't want her to hold him in so much regard, I want her to realise his treatment of her was bad then and now what he is giving her is her right, and not to be too much his thrall.

But she is forgiving and kind, even someone wanting to kill her she didn't even feel any anger. They she is worrying for her wellbeing.

Aaww that's sweet about your sister, treasuring your gift until today. I have kept nothing that my older sisters gave me as gifts and nothing I gave them has also been kept so I don't know whether I would feel humble by this love that person is bestowing on me. But I recognise from what you said that your sister obviously likes to look at it and feel good that you gave her this thing, when times are difficult for example, she can look at it and know you remembered her and still love her.

Yes. You are absolutely right. I always tease her about it, but it makes me feel happy too, not that I wouldn't have loved her if she hadn't kept the gift. But it doesn't make me have a big head or take her love for granted. It makes me want to do more for her. On the other side, she cherishes the gift for the way it makes her feel.
