PART FOUR

The next day had arrived, Ahem was wakening up to the clingging sounds of bangles and payals, after so many days. But, before he was fully awake Gopi had left the room, again Ahem was seeing an empty room, his clothes were laid on the bed. whilst getting for office Ahem kept thinking to himself is my mistake that grave, Gopi?? for which you don't have forgiveness, keeping these thoughts in mind Ahem went down to the temple for the morning pooja. Everyone, was waiting for the aarati to begin, Anita was eyeing Ahem lovingly, he realised her glances, but tactfully avoided her.

"Rashi beta, where is Gopi?? Isnt she suppose to sing the aarati today??" said Hetal "mummyjii.. Gopi is coming, she is gone to the kitchen to get the bhoog" Rashi smiled and answered to Hetal. Ahem inhaled the aroma of the bhoog, and didnt take more then seconds to realise that Gopi had made his favourite sheera, as she neared him, his heart started to beat a little faster then normal. Gopi came and stood next to him and said "sorry kakiji, actually was making sheera, so i came late". Meanwhile, Ahem had glanced at Gopi and was awestruck seeing her in the green saree, which he had gifted her & despite trying hard Ahem couldnt keep his eyes off Gopi. The aarati was sung by Gopi, the prasad too was given to all by Gopi, despite being aware of the surrounding, Ahem couldnt take his eyes off her. Gopi knew his glances, and couldnt stop herself from blushing and smiling, Jigar had noticed this interaction between GoHem and teased ahem saying "bhai.. if you want, you can take an off today from the office.. I handle the work there.. Dont worry" Ahem just nodded a no. Everyone, went to the breakfast table, but Ahem waited for Gopi, he called her "Gopi.. woh.." before he could say anything Anita interrupted him "Ahem, the pooja is done(gave Gopi a narrowed look).. Come lets go and have the breakfast" Gopi walked towards Ahem and said "Ahemjii.. lets go.. the breakfast will get cold" he smiled and nodded a yes and with this GoHem and Anita walk toward sthe breakfast table.

After days, Ahem was getting pampered by his blushing and smiling wife Gopi and was enjoying it, he ate a little more then usual. Anita, was noticing the unspoken interaction between GoHem and was boiling in jealousy, Rashi noticed her and planned to make her feel more jealous she spoke "Gopi, your saree is rey pretty (pause) but when did you buy it?? and why didnt you tell me (pause) even i would have bought one for myself" "Rashiben, i didnt buy the saree" Gopi ans'd "you didnt buy it?? (looks at Ahem) then someone gifted you??" Gopi blushed and said "Ahemjii.. gifted me" "ohhh... thats why you made bhai's favourite sheera... wow bhaii.. your a lucky man (Gohem blushed & looks at rashi) Rashi, serve me the breakfast, am hungry" Jigar said, "Jigarji, will you have the indian breakfast or the cornflakes??" she enquired, Jigar realised Rashi's mocking angered tone and said "no Rashi, il have the indian breakfast, it suits me and not the cornflakes" he said. Anita, on the other hand was obeserving the blushing GoHem and was boiling more in jealousy, but couldnt do anything apart from giving narrow looks to Gopi. Rashi wasnt leaving any oppourtunity of redaing Anita's expressions, "mummyjii.. dont you think Gohem understand each other pretty well" "Rashi, they have been married for 1.5years, its logical that they'l understand each other, well" Koki said "haan rashi, kokila is right" hetal said in a loving tone "i agree to what kakiji said (pause) what i meant was that, the other dayjeeju wore the yellow shirt, which Gopi had bought for him (pause) must say jeeju you were looking very handsome (GoHem look at each other and lowering their graze they blush) and now, see how pretty Gopi is looking in this green saree (GoHem look at ecah other and smile ).. thats why i saying that GoHem understand each other soo well." Anita could no more take this any longer and left the breakfast table in a huff on the pretext of calling someone, seeing her react like this Rashi couldnt stop herself from smiling victoriously.

Ahem desperately wanted to talk to Gopi as well as spend some time with her in privacy, but wasnt getting an oppourtunity. After Jigar was done with the breakfast he said " bhai.. lets leave?? (pause) am done with my breakfast" "Jigar, you wait for awhile (pause) I recollected i havent taken the blue file.. Il get it (looks at Gopi) Gopi, do know where is the file?? i searched it in the room, it aint there" "it has to be on the coffee table only" Gopi ans'd "come to the room and help me to find it" saying this he left to their room. Baa teased Gopi saying "dint i tell you that, Ahem is just like his grandfather (pause) his grndfather would also do the samething if he had to talk to me in privacy.. go.. help him in searching the file (baa & Rashi giggled)" Gopi blushed and went to their room.

Once Gopi reached their room, she started searching the blue file and said "Ahemjii.. the blue file isnt on th etable (pause) but, when i left the room, in the morning the file was here itself", he keeps looking at her lovingly and calls her out "Gopi" she turns and faces him. Ahem couldnt control his happiness and hugged gopi saying "Thank you, Gopi.. Thank you so very much" Gopi slowly returned him the hug and they stood like that for awhile. Ahem broke the hug and took Gopi's hands in his and said "Gopi, am glad that, you have forgiven me.. You've no idea, what it means to me,, (pause) Gopi, am really very sorry.. I didnt mean to hurt you at all.. Please.." "Ahemjii.. please, dont keep on apologising.. just forget whatever happened the other night (pause) and anyways even i need to apologise for the way I behaved with you (Gopi holds her ears) am sorry, Ahemjii" Ahem smiles at her naviness and slowly pulls her hand down saying "its okay" an dthey share an eye-lock. Ahem breaks the trance saying "Gopi, i have to tell you something (looks at his wrist watch) but, as off now now am getting late for the office.. but (pause) once am back from the office, il talk to you", he pats her cheek and leaves. Gopi breathes a sigh of relief, finally issues were sorted out between them. Ahem returned back within seconds back to their room and called her out "Gopi (she turns to face him and he walks towards her) you're looking very pretty today (pause) the green colour suits you more then the yellow colour" Gopi lowered her graze and blushed, Ahem couldnt resist the urge of kissing her and after doing so, he left for the office leaving a even harder blushing Gopi.
