when ppl can't face the person who they hurt(bcoz they know what there mistake), so they send message or leave a note.. it is my habit also to do, though the person is beside me, i opt for sending a message or Note, not talk, because sometime words from mouth can't carry the emotion actually what we are going through, but a letter does
