Let's think about it the other way round...
What if she tried to kill ahem for spoiling her life and not loving her, and gopi true to save ahem and herself get physically hurt?

Anita may go OVERBOARD. .. intoxicate AHem. . .make him bhangofied, and have a picturised fake SR with him . . . and blackmail him instead. . . she will cross all limits of decency ..

AHrming Gopi is also an alternatiev if Gopi starts standing up . . . Ahem will be too slow as usual and will only react last minute. . .tortoise man. . . Gopi will do all the heavy lifting . . . for majority of this track . .

Yes, I have mentioned earlier that I think if a separation has to happen between ahem and gopi then may be instead of gopi leaving she is somehow tied somewhere in harms way by our resident phsyco. Ahem is desperate to save her and finds her but then they both are in trouble. So gopi tells ahem to leave and save himself but h refuses an says that I can not live without you so I am going anywhere without you. Anita is blasted to the moon never to return and even the soft corner for Anita in Ahmed heart is just full of regrets for ever having thought that he had loved her. Thus causing gopi so much pain.
