Hey
Overall... This was a good episode... I am going to stop watching segments from today... Honestly... No more... Today's one was really misleading and like always I got riled up like a five year old child... It happens every time... I get really upset and then land up blowing it out on the forum... Not good Aish!
Coming back to today... Today's episode gave a good dimension to the Gohem relation...He stood up for her when Koki was scolding them... Took the blame on himself and spoke only and only in Gopi's defense... he didn't defend himself as much as he defended Gopi. Loved that part. He tried to comfort her when Kokila left but knew a lot more than that was needed to set this thing straight.
Baa asked Anita to wear a saree... Phew!! Finally the hopes are answered...Yaay! She will find out about Ahem only after the pooja. So Verdict on Anita as of now... Positive.
There was a nice and leading Gohem scene right at the end... Ahem picked out the saree for Gopi... Told her he liked it and she smiled... Then when Gopi gave him his handkerchief... Ahem's hands were shaking... Yes!! Ahem's hands for the first time were shivering... Like he was restraining himself from touching her... Good scene again. But not enough...the usual eye contact and all...
The reason this scene is significant is because it is going to be the reason for some of the tension between Gohem in the coming episodes... The mystery behind Ahem's anger in the segment and why he is being stiff around Gopi in those scenes...
The Saree!!
He will be extremely upset with Gopi for not wearing the saree herself and giving it to Anita... But he won't say it outright to her... Instead he will remain quiet and distant... Won't respond to her smiles and this will confuse Gopi. Which will be misunderstood by Kokila and Anita too I think...
Ahem is justified in his anger since..
1. He himself told her to wear it... Praised it and said that he likes that one...
2. She didn't wear it... Gave it to Anita instead.
And As per the precap
3. He nearly gave up the truth to Anita but stopped in time maybe because he saw her reflection in the mirror while turning. But that was a close call... Anita then turns around and asks him what he was saying... Rude shock to poor Ahem... first Anita in his wife's saree... and then her questioning him...
I feel Gohem will sort this out later at night when Ahem will blurt out why he is angry... How he thought it was her and nearly told everything to Anita... Also, that he wanted her to wear it and how could she give Anita a saree he gifted her... Gopi will explain that Anita ben liked it and I couldn't say no (Ouch! to Ahem) She will have tears in her eyes as she will apologize and Ahem will melt and forgive her... But Kokila and Anita might have already made their conclusions.
And yes, at least we have a proper reason for Anita wearing Gopi's saree... Compared to the stuff in the segment... Thank God!!
Kokila was great today... Gave a good scolding to both but maintained throughout that she expects more from them as a couple... She stressed more on their relationship than on Anita and how this is bad for her... But she was more concerned about the mechanics of the Gohem relation... Or maybe it was just me who saw it that way.. But still it was nice.
Satyamev Jayate promo in the show but it hits two targets... They showed Kokila praising Rashi... First step towards their partnership... Maybe... They might show them warm up to each other before Kokila asks her to help...
Overall I was ok with the episode... Maybe because after the stupid segment I was expecting something really awful in the show... So, it was good.. Made sense all of it.
Even Anita was shown to come to her senses ... she called Nilesh's landline and found out the truth... Then like any educated girl would do... she tried to get the identity of the number she was being called from... Atleast she is trying... so scope for her to remain positive throughout...
Your views...? it was a good episode.. Sensible to some extent... Not a disaster like we or atleast I was expecting it to be... Again, the segment was fiercely misleading
Aish
