I think its about raji she knows rashies ways and believes that urshi have a lot things hidden that they have done to gopi and the modis so It wouldn't take long for urshi to decide the only way to get their hands on modis money is for rashie to fall pregnant . So as their first kalakarie was exposed rashi was kicked out of mm ,koki believes in my opinion that urshi will decide that to cement rashies place in mm and safeguard her place in mm is to get pregnant in cases the rest of the kalakaries get exposed. She knows jigar is weak and guliable and will believe rashie if she convinces him that she has changed and soften towards her if gohem didn't help it would have taken a longer tym for rashie to pull the wool over jigars eyes. So I think koki knows ahem is not ready to produce a heir but she still wants her grandchild to be the eldest in the next generation. She just wants to keep gohem away from helping raji so it gives her tym to in which she hopes gohem will realize their feelings for each other.
Pls correct me if I am wrong but isn't modi mansion on ahems name , and isn't ahem and chirag equal partners and jigar will in tym inherit chirags share . I also think that parag has shares in the business cos y wud he signing documents so all in all ahem will be majority share holder iin the company and koki knows this so koki can't be jealous of jigar .

i think if gohem told her then she wouldnt be much angry but cuz they never told her shes getting angry

I really don't understand why chirag would make ahem the majority holder in any case. His own son is there whose future he would like to secure.

Parag signing documents was a blooper I suppose. They just wanted both ahem and parag in the scene so that documents signing was shown. It has no significance I guess.

@maddy I am sure that y I asked if I am right abt mm being in ahems name I don't known if I saw it in the serial or I heard it in the forum. As modi industires it does not belong to chirag the founder was baas husband , I know ahem and chirag have almost the same amt if not equal shares , that's y I thought if parag also had shares that wud make Ahem majority shareholder.

CVs have no consistency with the story and they keep forgetting small things so Whatever it is, in the future they will show it 50-50%.

Well Taniks.. Whether they like it or not, Ahem is the owner of MB and a 50% owner of the company. Moreover I think he is also responsible for where Modi Industries is now. He surely has his Kaka's approval..
If not Gopi, then whoever Ahem's wife is will be the person who shares this with him. At least Gopi will share what she has. I am not sure if any other girl in her place would take all of Rashi's nonsense.. And by the look of it, Ahem is slowly getting there in making Gopi his wife..

😆 I have no doubt about the property matters Munni. Only thing is that whether Rashi likes it or not, Gopi is and will be the eldest DIL and the wife of Ahem Parag Modi, the eldest son of this generation of Modi's. So even if the Modi's become paupers (like in Shaina's FF), Gopi will still be the eldest DIL and will have rights as per that title.😆
