I can understand & read Hindi to some extent😃

But i'm not fluent in speaking or writting the same😔

i can understand hindi like 93%
but some big hindi words that kokila use i have no idea what it means
i cant really speak it
but atleast i know what they r saying

I moved to the US when I was in 8th grade. So I still remember how to read and write Hindi. But I am a little rusty as it is not used as much here.

I can speak it and understand it. I only understand it like 90% of the time. I can't read it though. Only if it is typed or written in english alphabet like Aap kaise ho. Hindi isn't my mother-tongue though:P

I can understand it but can't read nor write it!!

Parents are from Pakistan, we speak a kind of punjabi dialect but have been watching Bollywood movies since I was born practically and also watch urdu dramas - find pure urdu harder to understand but am confident in understanding hindi as spoken in movies and serials. It's when they start speaking pure hindi like Koki does sometimes that I find it difficult - although watching the Mahabharat on tv when I was younger helped with that!!

I write hindi.never spoke it...well a few times..since im out of india...serials help me big time...im also gujrati..so i speak it sometimes...i do understand it...and can speak it..but i barely do!!
