As Ahem turns around he sees a beggar sitting on a tree branch looking down at him, Ahem looks up and the beggar says that because my child Gopi's kanha is with u and he will protect Gopi's Ahemji. Krishna bhagwan knows his true devotees and gopi is his true devotee. You have been chosen to be her saviour,God works in mysterious ways my son .

Ahem frowned what do u mean her kanaji is with me?

Look in your car the beggar said.

Ahem goes to the car and sees a small kanhaji idol on the seat,oh gopi forgot it.

He goes out of the car and further questions his words and the priest/begger replies ,u did not want to transport her but u did if she had not sat in your car today u would have seen the last of her.so hence the saviour ,but there is a lot more to come be strong and make the correct decisions ,u saved her and she remembered her kanaji and u just when u least thought of her.

Ahem being a little confused asked him to explain himself and the old beggar replied if i tell u everything how would u learn understand and see whats in front of u.

Ahem looked at the idol in his hands and stared at it and he looked up and the beggar was gone,strange man ahem voiced and drives off to see anita. In the meantime at urmillas house gopi had to give all her money to urmilla and was put to work immediately.The house had to be spotless,all brass ware cleaned,walls scrubed and a lot of other work as rashi was going shopping and they both needed to rest to look good, in front of modis.

Gopi also had to do all the preparations food etc for they arrival. Sunday arrived and gopi was screamed at cursed and kept busy by urmilla and rashi. When everything was ready she was asked not to come out in the front as she's a unlucky girl that will spoil rashi's day and if she did she will be in big trouble,gopi listened to urmilla and suggested that can she stay in the kitchen,urmilla took the pot nearest to her and hit gopi across the face near the eye.Gopi crird with pain, that will teach u never to make any suggestions or speak now theres a lot of work in the back garden stay there only and walks away.The modis arrive and the ceemony starts .Jigar is happy and Hetal suggest that they will exchange rings on this day only.urmilla very happy.

Ahem does not say a word and looks on sternly at everything going on. Rashi and urmilla notices all this and thinks lets not get into bad books with him. Kokila had her own thoughts about the family which she kept to herself and kingal not to impressed with rashi's materialistic ways.Kingal questions as to where gopi bhabi was and urmilla shocked they call her bhabi that gawaar seems to be loved by the family except the irritation on ahems face was visible. Well she insisted on spending time with friends on this day and i could not stop her, that's why shes not here. Just then jeetu bhai responds and says ny niece is one in a million,urmilla shocked and sneers at him,kokila asks gopi your niece but.. urmilla quickly responds by saying that her husband thinks gopi as his niece thats all.The modis left in the late afternoon and ahem was to pick up gopi later that night.goodbyes were said and modi's leave.

Gopi cleaned the house and saw to rashi and urmilla and was sent outside to wait for transport ,all doors were closed and she sat waiting for ahemji in the cold.she was told by urmilla not to behave to smart with modi's as she is worth nothing and rashi will tell her once married. At modi bhawan Hetal tells koki that she is shocked at gopi's behaviour but she so different here. Kokila rsponds by saying that she's also shocked but the food tasted like it was prepared by gopi but urmilla said that rashi prepared everything so i just left it.Hetal also agrees but ba says thats gopi's cooking no one can make so tasty food. Hetal states that rashi is also sankari and mum says she can cook very well.kokila in her own thougths says nothing and thinks about gopi.Ahem arrives to pick gopi and sees her sitting outsides and wonders its so cold why is she outside.,she enters the car and greets him and he does not respond,gopi thinks he is cross that he has to pick me up and she keeps quiet and looks in the car. Looking for something ahem asks,she looks up in fear at him ,he then notices her eye swollen and blue all around. What happen to your eye gopi replies that she fell and hurt herself. Maybe u should have been at the ceremony instead of roaming around that injury could have been avoided anyhow u forgot this in the car. He handed her the kanaji and watched through the review mirror her smile at kanaji idol and listens to her low voice.Kanaji thank u for everything for rashiben ,mamma and mammi,may they always be happy and keep them in your protection and i have a gift for u .gopi removes a tiny outfit for kanaje and dresses him up.Ahem smiles she does not have clothes herself but she happy that she's made a outfit for kanjee. He watches and she smiles and holds kanajee to her chest.

Ahem speeds to modi bhavan in silence ,they arrive home and everyone is asleep,he ask gopi to make a cup of tea and leave it in his room. As gopi walks into the room he notices that she sounds tired and he ask her to leave she's done and can leave for the night. gopi returns to the room and immediately falls asleep due to exhaustion. She oversleeps the next morning and rushes to pray and work,prepares breakfast,runs up to ahems room,his no where to be seen,takes out his suit ,tie and socks and lays out on the bed and shoes on the floor and leaves ahem comes out and looks on bed everything as he likes and smirks himself .he dresses and does final touches to himself and gopi enters ,head down with his black tea and hands it to him and leaves silently,no noise that's good,not a word thats good,goes downstairs has breakfast and leaves .

Urmilla phones Hetal and arranges sangeet for wedding next saturday ,Hetal says they will have at modi Bhavan as she as they have big space and urmilla can invite whoever she wants.urmilla top of the world ,she can now move in the rich circles and gives rashi the good news.mum more expensive gifts for me,she screams.Urmilla also informs about wedding date and Hetal agrees one week after the sangeet. Hetal informs koki who keeps opinion to self seeing hetal so happy .Kinjal has become good friends with gopi and loves gopi's honesty and committment .She notices when ahem around Gopi dissappears,this bhai has frightened her .Well thats all going to change .She met anita at lunch and realised that ahem and anita where just friends and bhai noticed that she was not moms choice for ahems wife,even if their friendship went to next level.That week kingal took gopi shopping and introduced her to her friends and bougth gopi lots of new clothes and a beautiful outfit for the sangeet and gopi was day off for sangeet.koki agreed happily ,.The day of sangeet arrives the hall of modi bhavan was decorated by gopi and everyone dressed up and waited for the shahs. Ahem could not find his sandals and he calls for gopi,one look at her and he continues staring,he is wearing a beautiful white outfit .very little make up,she hands him over the sandals and leaves.He smiles as she leaves.Wish she could smile at me sometimes am i such a monster.

The shahs arrive and rashi and urmilla sees gopi and are green with envy and pulls her aside, urmilla twists her ears and says is this what u spend your money on instead keeping it for me,u think u are too smart ,u are the servant here dont come out of the kitchen and show your ugly face nobody wants to see your face,u always want to steal my childs happiness,ahem coming downstairs sees and listens to urmilla and is shocked at the abuse,gopi's ears with tears ,ears red.Rashi says gopi gawaar u look ugly as always no match to me ,mum i think she stole this outfit from my clothes when she was putting them away,no rashiben kinjal..shut up i dont want to hear your nonsense,Ahem acts as if he did not hear anything and calls gopi.gopi goes to him and he says that he needs something to drink while looking at gopi and sees a very sad face ,gopi did i tell u that u look beautiful today ,gopi is shocked and her eyes are large urmilla and rashi face was a sight to see ,ahems gives them a big smile and they hurry off.he turns to gopi and says i dont need anything to drink now and leaves. Gopi is too shocked to respond and stands there like statue.
