Lovely post Navya.. Your comparisons back and forth always makes me smile..

From the precap, all I can infer is that he is first confused then a little disbelieving that his wife has given him a soft toy with a 'I love you' on it. And finally, the last expression was unfathomable. It looked like a small smile to me (well all time optimist) but I do think that if not now, later he will find it cute..
What I want to see happen is for Jigar to barge in now and see Ahem with the toy and comment on how lucky his Bhai is that his Bhabhi loves him so much.. Ahem being Ahem will not say anything to Gopi but when she looks for the gift and reveals exactly who it was for, I want to see the irritation like on the Navaratri sari day... I am pretty sure Gopi will concoct the wrong answer thinking he is irritated at her for something but we will know 😉

- he will not break her heart saying that he did it out of humanity...

- he will definitely feel sad or rather uncomfortable for thinking that it was not his gift from his wife...

- I think he is gonna take inspiration or cue from RaJi ( Rashi gifting jigar to pacify him) and bring in a big gift or teddy bear for gopi and may surprise her and us😍
