I guess CVs are playing safe game. They are showing gohem but they don't want to show ahem's real feelings so that later they can turn it to any side: love or duty.

I am going to defend Ahem here and say that he did look caring while doing it. Also the expression you mentioned properly happened due to him having to concentrate on what he does. Chances are that Gopi's hair is the first he is washing and he has to be careful about it to not wet the bandage. And believe me that is quite difficult. So he is concentrating hard on the job at hand but properly enjoying every second of his hands being in touch with her soft her.😆
