Gopi looked away from him, and tried to go away but ahem stopped her, coming into her path and blocking her. She looked at him with quetioning eyes and Ahem silently handed his handkerchief to her. Gopi looked at him suprised and ahem nudged the handkerchief in her hand looking down, not meeting her eyes. Rashi was watching this wide eyed, with suprise, not believing herself.
Gopi silently took his kerchief, looked at him before wiping her tears out and was about to give it back, but Ahem signalled on his cheek with his hand, and gopi consicously rubbed her face with handkerchief over the spot he indicated and both looked at each other. Rashi observed this and left with a confusion mark on her face. "Thanks" gopi said little curteously giving his kerchief back.
"U never change, right gopi. Still that old habit of urs..to go and give unnecessary advice for everyone. Though people tell u to shut up, or ask u to get out of the house, u still dont stop..Encouraging.." Gopi felt the earth crashing on her. Everything was a lie, everyone was a lie..it was a well reharsed planned trap. Gopi was begining to understand everything now. His friendship was a fake, this was the reason he went after her like a maniac. It was not guilt, it was the start of a clever plan.
Their friendship was not true, it was just a show to eveyrone, that he cared for her like a true friend, to save and strong his image as a changed person. The suprise birday party was not for her, it was for himself to prove everyone that he was out of communication on that particular day.

Tears fallen on her cheek again but this time not out of hurt, but out of the feeling being cheated so badly.
