They are blaming Urmila about not wishing Gopi fine, not telling...urm nah can't blame her totally, they had a bahu in the house for one year now, they didn't ask her when her birthday is?

Kokila arranged the marriage of her to Aham, she matched the astrology, why couldn't she remember, she says meri Gopi vahu, stay out our business again and again, why didn't she remember?

Hetal asking Gopi, Gopi why didn't you tell us, why does a person need to tell you after one year of marriage, you know what mother and aunt today is my birthday please bless me. I felt like socking Hetal and Kokila one each

It's times like these you question the love Kokila has for Gopi, but it's the CV's they could have wrote it better, don't get me wrong it was a good episode, but I think it would have been better had Kokila known all along and was surprising Gopi her birthday celebrations and then Gopi reveal why she doesn't celebrate her birthday same impact, right?
