I agree with you, Gopi needs to become more independent and less trusting of people and also less innocent like if Rashi tells her to do something she doesn't do it and when Ahem comes home from work, she ignores him completely. She needs to blossom and discover who she really is as a person because at the moment, Gopi seems to judge herself according to how others see her which isn't right.

Only thing I wish now - from this loss one good thing to come out is Ahem should start helping gopi

No use blaming Gopi- she is what she is being created dumb by the writer or the CVs or whoever- have you seen anyone so dumb and stupid- absolultely stupid- my, my, if they are showing innocence- then they are far from showing it correctly- they have ended up showing stupidity.
It wlil be in the 1999th episode that everyone will find out how Rashi is cunning and how Urmi is evil how they hid the CD, how Rashi lit the fire to burn her future m-i-l, how she was a booth, how she mixed the ghee with oil and then presto in the 2000th episode Gopi will be understood and absolved by Ahem and Hetal and Jigar will understand Rashi's nature and throw her out ( hopefully).
Till then we can all quit the show. I have stopped watching, and only gloss through the written update - sometime.

Nobody can be that dumb... Gopi take the cake in being dumb ... I feel like going and shaking the shit out of her ... she make me sooo mad... maybe now she know how bad rashi is ... (sorry , I forgot we are talking about dumb gopi...she will never learn how evil rashi is.)

How long will Koki protect her , she has time and again warned gopi to be cautious with Rashi , but she is such an idiot , how can u be so blind that u always get tricked. Gopi is definitely not helping herself cos is always letting herself to be the victim.. seems like she loves being a loser.. so no sympathy for her.. if any character has my sympathy in the show,its Ahem cos he has married Gopi..

The CV's are taking Gopi's innocence to far now...this show is showing people that it's bad to be good or innocent, because people will manipulate you and blame you for everything.

gopi is the character that i m hating as much as rashi.being uneducated doesn't make u a dumbo.it's just ur common sense that is needed.gopi has grown up with rasi in the same house and she should know her and urmi more than anyone else.afterall if gopi is uneducated today,the credit goes to her mami urmi who treated her like a slave while rashi was having all the fun.in practical life one can see such situations where orphans r treated badly by the relatives but atleast they have the sense to understand that but here dearest gopi is just hallucinating all the time that her dearest rashi ben is her well wisher.so unrealistic.darn u cvs for such dumb ideas.
