@Jake - yes! I go with nosepin, plait and jeans and t shirt. I do draw kolam - official kolam drawer in our family for weddings and sing carnatic music and play veena. I dont sing suprabhatham being an atheist. And the traditional saree (madisar) I wear for pujas and during srardha (death anniversaries of ancestors).
