Hi Guys,
I am new to this forum, I dont speak Hindi, Urdu or anything like that. My grandparents were from India. At home we speak Katchi and I understand Gujarati.
Anyway, I started watching Saathiya last September with my mum, who passed away in December, but she used to translate for me. So until I found this forum I didnt know what was going on!!! This is the first time I have ever watched an Indian soap...but I am really enjoying it, only problem is..... man, it goes on forever.... does anyone actually know when this series will ever end???
Again, many thanks for putting up the written update everyday... I have a small requeat...could you put ALL of it in English, because there are some bits that are still in Indian. Thanks!!

@Soapdish - you're more than welcome. I am glad you enjoy the written updates. I try my best to stay away from using the hindi words. I find if I struggle with a word I write that in the updates and the wonderful people of this forum will help translate. As Sadhli said, feel free to ask in the thread about the words you struggle with or PM one of us.

Very sorry to hear about your mom.

Take care.

Yes praise and glory to those who do this tedious job. SNS is painful to watch but watch and to write every scene down, I can't begin to imagine the commitment and grit that must take. Salute you guys for saving us a lot of misery.

Hi Welcome to this Forum!!

Yes it is true Hindi Serial go on for many years. I think SNS will go up to 4-5 Years. The reason for this is that it is very successful. It is getting high TRPs. People never imagined that the TRPs would be soooo high. I hope you will enjoy this show.
