Aham will not be angry...he will wonder for a little while she didn't want anything to break the relationship, but he will be relieved to be free to love someone of equal wealth like the Modi's, that will only be the initial reaction, however, he will find that all the girls are after his wealth anyway, and he might as well give the one who will do housework a chance (Gopi) as the other wealthy girls will not do the maid duties.

Sadhli " headless chicken" wow you took the words right out of my mouth, a person who abuses mentally and physically his wife is chicken. Gopi goes out with dignity that is my way of thinking she left because she promised to leave. she came with nothing leaves with nothing. He accused her of many things thief,liar etc. She never answered him back once.
Even if Gopi has been proven to be right, will aham want her back, he hates her to the core so why would he want her to come back. Kokila will have her job cut out because no way Aham wants Gopi.
plse cvs do not let Gopi stay at coal mansion Gopi deserves better.

@bold......i am too now can count only on kinjal...as she is the one who messed all the things for Gopi till now...so may be unknowingly or might be knowingly she will try to get some happiness in Gopi's life.....just expecting as again Kinjal was never her family's so how can we think that she can think for some one not her own even by blood relation or any other way......

she can only feel pity on Gopi coz all this is happening due to her .....

@red.......yes he will react in the same manner as the way he asked Koki to get released from the Trap of marriage sounds like the same....he is Suffocated into it and wants a life as free as bird.....

but again.....why he is feeling suffocated even when Gopi never forced herself on him (Except one time when she decorated the room) so why he feels like Gopi is burden on him....just coz "she is legally married to him" or there is something in his mind that he does not want to or can't reveal....

@bold....thats what making Gopi's characte bigger than any one else...she is just Selfless beyond comparison.....she does not want any materialstic thing....she does not want any show off nothing in return and also never replied back when she "was blamed" and tunted.......

and thats y i want Aham to understand her as soon as possible before it will b e too late for him to understand her real side.......

then he wont have any other choice excpt cursing him self and his So Called Ego....

Well I have already said, he is attracted to Gopi, he does find her lovely, but he closes his mind to the attraction, he will not acknowledge emotional attachments to her, practically he is thinking I should have a wife that is uneducated what will my business associates think of me, that my social skills are not up to par that my mother needs to find an uneducated girl to arrange a marriage for me, as all the educated ones are finding me lacking in somewhere!!!

That's why he needs to see the difference of having a educated wife and uneducated wife. Is it better with or without a gawar wife. His temper and arguments he will have with a new wife will tell him No it isn't.

He also feels suffocated because he never gave the marriage a chance to begin with, it's a burden to have a wife like his socially, his not proud of her. Also as she was forced on him when he thinks he had a better alternative that matched him better.

I understand that when someone is pretending they will do anything to win his affection and won't stop until he or she does, but I mean he has noticed Gopi working like a servant even with no on around to see. He has stolen glances at her doing work even with no one to gloat to. Why hasn't he ever stopped to think why is she doing this when no one is around to win over. I'm sorry, but Ahem to me is stubborn and is wearing rose colored glasses. He sees the way Rashi and Urmi act and he sees the way Gopi acts and his ego just refuses to believe his eyes or his heart. He's stubborn. And Sadhli is right Gopi has never forced herself onto Ahem or demanded anything from him that is legally hers. Why doesn't he stop to think that hey if she was after my money why did she take those reverse vows and promise to leave the house after Kinjal's wedding. If I was really a gold digger and my husband was treating me like that I would say the hell with you I'm leaving right now and I'm dragging you to court to get what is legally mine. I understand what is going on in his mind but Ahem is educated. He can tell the difference and can think between what is right and what is wrong. He just doesn't want to admit he was wrong. He is stubborn.

Gopi has tried to win over by throwing herself at him, she tried decorating his room, also she tried preparing food he would like (not fatty food but health concious food), she made green tea for him, recognising he was health concious made kadha for him. Also that Modi house you don't know who might see you and repeat that work you were doing in Aham's hearing, one or more of the Modi's are always around the place. He cannot trust her...Also he never gave the relationship a chance right from the outset...He vowed to not soften his attitude to her, in the beginning episodes when he was dating Anita and was unable to turn Kokila to accept Anita as a Bahu. He is cynical and stubborn (his made up his mind) and will not be swayed.

Hi Girls,

I don't think it is just the matter of Ego, arrogance or stubbornness with Aham. He is all those but in this instance he honestly believes that she is a thief, she is greedy, and is playing games so that she doesn't have to leave the MM. All the evidence of her doing all the good taht she does, makes him stop and think but not enough to overturn his fundamental believes after her.

He finds her beautiful and is attracted to her but again he wholeheartedly believes that she is not his equal. So it is easy to ignore his attraction.

It's like this...all of us have preconceived ideas of what qualities our husband or wife must have and it is very hard for us to change our mind when people don't fit what we want. Aham wanted a strong, modern, educated woman, someone of the same status and wealth as him. Someone who he considers his equal or worthy of himself. Gopi just doesn't fit that model and on top of that he doesn't trust her. No matter how much his heart tells him that Gopi is okay his brain is not ready to accept her.

It is going to take a big kick or event for him to change his mind. I think Kinjal is going to be the catalyst for the change we want!
