Question. How did Jigar protect Rashi by marrying her. I did not start seeing this from the beginning. Can someone tell me?

jigar was abt to marry sonal, hetal's frnd's daughter bt urmi made a plan with rashi. When rashi was frndly with jigar it was showed as they had affair. Which made sonal n her mom doubtful abt jigar-rashi relation n broke the alliance in mandap.
Also blamed rashi for that, then urmi used oportunity n screamed who wil marry rashi as she got her name linked with jigar.
So to save rashi n her family's pride jigar agreed to marry her.
