Dil ke Ehsaas (Feelings of the Heart)

jaanta hai dil, kismat me uske tootna hai likha
par samjhaaye kaun use, jo kare sab andekha
kehta hai hoke mayoos, unse hai dard-e-dil ka rishta
kyonki nafrat me bhi hai, mere tootne ka ehsaas chupa

insaan karke kaid mujhe, nafrat ke dewaar me
samajhta hai mehfooj hoon, main har takleef se
kaise samjhaaon, tujhe aye nadaan insaan,
deewaar ka astitv kya, main azaad hoon har kaid se

raha jo main dard se bejaar, kaise hoga mujhe pata
kaun hai mera vairi, aur kise nahi mera dard bhaata
kyonki, Pyaar aur nafrat ka hota hai dil se waasta
woh hai upeksha, jo nahi jaanta dil ka raasta

English Meaning to Follow

yes the heart knows, its fate is to be broken
but who can make them understand who don't want to
with a sad look, heart says, its the relation of broken heart
cause even in hatred, there is a feeling of broken heart

imprisoning me within the walls of hatred,
man feels i(heart) am safe from all hurts and problems
how do i make you understand, o foolish man
what is the existance of a wall, when am free from all prisons

if i am unaware of hurt, then how will i know
who is my real enemy and who doesn't want to see me in pain
because, love and hatred are both related to me (heart)
only indifference is the one that doesn't touch the heart
